| 摘 要： | 目的 制备盐酸异丙肾上腺素口腔速崩片，并对其质量控制进行研究。方法 以微晶纤维素和低取代羟丙基纤维素为崩解剂，以湿法制粒压片制备盐酸异丙肾上腺素口腔速崩片，并对其进行稳定性考察。结果 制备的片剂口感良好、崩解时限、硬度、片重差异、含量测定、溶出度等符合相关质量要求。结论 该制备工艺可靠、性质稳定、测定方法简便准确、质量控制方法可行。

| Abstract: | Objective To prepare hydrochloride-isoprenaline oral disintegrating tablet and study its quality control. Method Microcrystalline cellulose and low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose were used as disintegrants, hydrochloride-isoprenaline oral disintegrating tablet was prepared by wet process compression method and its stability was tested. Results Tablet prepared with these technics had good taste, and the properties of the tablet, such as disintegration time, hardness, weight difference, determination of content, and dissolution rate, met the quality of oral disintegrating tablet. Conclusion The preparation of tablet is feasible, the quality is stable and testing method is accurate and simple. |
