| 摘 要： | 血管内皮祖细胞是血管内皮细胞的前体细胞。血管内皮祖细胞可在循环中增殖,并能分化成为内皮细胞,在胚胎血管发生和出生后血管生成中起重要作用。已知保护血管内皮功能是高密度脂蛋白抗动脉粥样硬化作用的重要机制之一。近年来的研究发现高密度脂蛋白对血管内皮祖细胞有调节作用,本文主要将该方面的研究现状作一综述。
