| Abstract: | The article introduces the measures to deepen the reform of personnel regulation in the hospital, including intensifying organization and leadership, working out implementation plan in a scientific manner, conducting competition mechanism in personnel regulation, division regulation with incentive mechanism and implementing responsibility system of diagnosis/treatment groups and attending physicians, as a result, good effectiveness has been obtained. |
