| 摘 要： | 目的提高临床医师对原发性甲状腺鳞癌的认识,避免误诊。方法分析我科近期收治的1例原发性甲状腺鳞癌的临床特征、病理特点、诊断与治疗并复习相关文献。结果行甲状腺癌联合根治术并辅以根治性放射治疗,随访6个月,未见肿瘤复发。结论甲状腺鳞状细胞癌其恶性程度高,生长速度快,易浸润邻近的组织和器官,易误诊。外科手术联合根治性放射治疗可提高病人的生存质量、延长生存时间和延缓肿瘤的复发。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To enhance the recognition of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the thyroid and avoid misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical characteristic,pathology,diagnosis,and treatment of the primary squamous cell carcinoma of thyroid were analysed.Relevant literature was reviewed.Results The patient was given thyroidectomy and postoperative radical radiotherapy.No radiological evidence showed the recurrence of the tumor after follow-up for 6 months.Conclusion The highly malignant primary squamous cell carcinoma of thyroid grows rapidly and usually invade the neighboring tissues and organs.It has extremely low incidence and is usually misdiagnosed. |
