参附注射液联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎

目的:观察参附注射液联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将86例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组44例与对照组42例,均采用常规治疗及静脉注射奥曲肽,治疗组加用参附注射液100 mL,1次/d;两组均治疗5~10 d。结果:治疗组多项观察指标的恢复情况明显优于对照组,平均住院日明显缩短。结论:参附注射液可能通过改善胰腺微循环,保护或改善心肌、肺、肝等重要器官的功能,促进胃肠蠕动功能,减少肠道细菌移位,从而快速改善患者病情,缩短住院时间。

Shenfu Injection Combined with Octreotide Cure Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu Injection combined with octreotide on acute pancreatitis.Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into control group(44 patients) and treatment group(42 patients) randomly.Both of the two groups were adopted conventional therapies and intravenous octreotide for 5-10 days,and the treatment group was given consistent intravenous drip of Shenfu Injection in the dose of 100 mL/d.Some indicators were compared between the two groups,including symptoms,signs,gastrointestinal function,recovery state,urine analysis and hospitalization days.Results The recovery of these indicators in treatment group was superior to that of treatment group obviously.Conclusion Shenfu Injection not only ameliorated their symptoms and signs,but also shortened their durations of hospitalization by promoting microcirculation in pancreatic,protecting or improving the function of those important organs such as heart,liver,lung,etc,enhancing the function of peristalsis of gastrointestinal tract and decreasing the bacteria translocation.
