摘    要:研究阻力性呼吸机械负荷的生理、心理影响,测出不同使用条件下呼吸防护装备(RPD)外加阻力容许水平,具有实际意义。我们以56名健康男性青年为实验对象,用概率单位分析方法,测出轻度体力负荷时外加呼吸阻力的容许水平。

Abstract:The acceptable levels for added respiratory resistance of respiratory protective device ( RPD ) were determined in 56 healthy yo ing men under light physical loading conditions.The results showed that the maximal oral pressure swing (p) during a respiratory cycle and the extra respiratory work per unit ventilatiom(W/L) were highly correlated with both subjective and objective effects of added respiratory resistance.It is suggested that both P and W/L may be selected as an objective physiological index for breathing resistance standard,but p is applicable than W/L.Probit analysis indicates that 90% of a population breathing through RPD will experience no discomfort,if the p across the device (RPD) does not exceed 7.5cm H2O in light physical loading condition.The acceptable level suggested is relatively stringent as compared with those reported previously and is suited to light physical loading condition.
