心理干预对甲状腺癌患者焦虑及抑郁症状的效果评价

目的:探讨甲状腺癌术后患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪及综合心理干预的效果。方法:66例甲状腺癌术后患者随机分试验组36例和对照组30例,试验组给予有针对性的综合心理干预;对照组给予常规的心理护理。比较两组患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的改变程度。结果:实验组甲状腺癌术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:综合心理干预可明显缓甲状腺癌术后患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强患者对疾病治疗的信心,积极配合治疗,从而促进患者全面康复。

Outcomes of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with thyroid cancer

Objective：To investigate the postoperative anxious and depressive reactions of patients to thyroid carcinoma and evaluate the effects of comprehensive psychological intervention on them.Methods：Sixty-six postoperative patients of thyroid cancer were randomized into experimental group（n=36） or controls（n= 30）.The patients in the experimental group received comprehensive psychological intervention and the control subjects were given routine psychological care for comparison of the relief of anxiety and depression.Results：The degree of anxiety and depression in patients from the experimental group was reduced greatly as compared with the controls（P0.01）.Conclusion：Comprehensive psychological intervention may ease the anxiety and depression of postoperative patients of thyroid carcinoma and aid them in fighting the disease and cooperation of treatment,leading to early and complete recovery.
