晚期口腔颌面部鳞癌术后复发的放射疗效分析

对１９８８年７月至１９９４年８月间接受放疗的６７例晚期口腔颌面部鳞癌术后复发患者进行评价，结果：放疗后完全缓解为２９．９％（２０／６７），部分缓解为４０．３％（２７／６７），无效为２９．９％（２０／６７），总有效率为７０．１％（４７／６７）；放疗后已死亡５０例，中位生存期１６月，生存率：１年为５６．７（３８／６７），２年为２０．９％（１４／６７），３年为４．５％（３／６７）；远处转移率３１．３％，

Analysis of Radiotherapy for Advanced Recurrence of Postoperative Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Oral and Maxillofacial Region

Radiation therapy for advanced recurrence of postoperative squamous cell carcinoma of oral and maxillofacial region was retrospectively evaluated in 67 patients treated between July 1988 to August 1994. The results showed that the overall rates of CR, PR and NR were 29.9%(20/67), 40.3%(27/67) and 29.9%(20/67), respectively in local control. The rate of CR+PR was 70.1%(47/67). The median survival was 16 months for died 50 patients after the treatment. Overall survival rates at 1,2 and 3 years were 56.7%(38/67), 20.9%(14/67) and 4.5%(3/67),respectively. The incidences of distant metastases and radiation complications were 31.3%and 11.9%, respectively.It was found that the results of above 50Gy radiation dose groups were significantly better than of below 50Gy groups(P<0.01). The results of continuous hyperfractionated radiotherapy group was significantly better than of splitcourse radiotherapy group(P<0.05). The counter-indications of irradiation and multimodal therapy to improve the efficacy for advanced relaps patients were discussed.
