2004年夏津县城乡中小学生肥胖及其影响因素调查

[目的]探讨城乡中小学生肥胖现状及其影响因素。[方法]2004年对夏津县7～18岁6647名城乡中小学生体检资料筛查，检出肥胖学生并进行肥胖影响因素的配对调查分析。[结果]城镇肥胖学生多于农村、男生多于女生；肥胖学生形态机能指标明显高于对照组；不良饮食、生活习惯、母亲孕期发胖、家族肥胖史与中小学生肥胖有关。[结论]预防中小学生肥胖关键在于普及营养保健知识、注意热能摄人、增加体力活动，另外家庭父母影响以及肥胖家族现象也应予以重视。

Investigation on Obesity and Its Affecting Factors of High School Students and Pupils in Xiajin County in 2004

[Objective]To explore the situation of obesity and its affecting factors of high school students and pupils. [Methods]To find out the obese children from 6 647 students aged 7-to-18 and make matched investigation and analysis for affecting factors in 2004. [Results]The obese students of city were more than those of countryside, and boys more than girls. The indexes of shape and function of obese students were remarkably higher than those of the control group. The main affecting factors were unhealthy diet and life habits, descendiblity, and mothers gaining flesh during pregnancy. [Conclusion]The key to control the obesity of students were to promoting the nutrition knowledge, paying attention to heat energy ingestion, and augmenting the athletic exercises. In addition, high attention should be paid to family affect and descendiblity.
