健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺病患者的影响

目的探讨健康教育对慢性阻塞性肺病（COPD）患者的价值。方法将80例COPD患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例。对照组仅实施常规的康复指导,而干预组制定一套详细的健康教育计划,并进行跟踪随访。1年后,应用生活质量评估表和肺功能对两组患者进行评价。结果反应肺功能的用力肺活量（FVC）、FVC占预计值百分比（FVC/预计值）和第1s用力呼气容积（FEV1）、FEV1占预计值百分比（FEV1/预计值）指标差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;反映生活质量的日常生活、社会活动、抑郁、焦虑4个因子的对比中,差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论以＂合理营养、劝导戒烟、心理支持、活动指导＂为干预重点,并制定执行详细的健康教育,能有效延缓COPD的病情发展,减低COPD转归为肺心病及呼吸衰竭的发病率,提高患者的生存质量。

Influence of health education on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patient

Objective to investigate the influence of health education on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patient.Methods 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into the intervention group and control groups.The control group was only implemented the conventional recovery instruction,but the intervention group were treated with a developed detailed implementation of the health education programme,and to track follow-up.The quality of life assessment and the pulmonary function carries were observed.Results Pulmonary function indicators,including FVC（L）,FEV1（L）,FVC/ Predicted value（%）,FEV1/ Predicted value（%） and quality of life,social activity,anxious four factor of intervention group were statistically different from that of the conventional group.Conclusion Taking ＂reasonable nutrition,smoking cessation advice,psychological support,active instruction＂is effective chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patient.
