缺血性脑卒中患者超敏C反应蛋白及白细胞介素6测定及临床意义

目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平与脑梗死灶体积、病情严重程度及预后的关系。方法胶乳增强免疫比浊法测定55例缺血性脑卒中患者发病3天内(急性期)和治疗后21天(恢复期)时血清hs-CRP水平,ELISA法检测血清IL-6水平,同时选取与观察组性别、年龄相匹配的30例健康体检者作为对照组。按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度标准(CNFDS)进行评分,所有患者均进行CT/MRI检查及颈动脉超声检查。结果脑梗死患者hs-CRP、IL-6水平急性期与恢复期、对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。与梗死体积及入院时神经功能缺损程度均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论检测缺血性脑卒中患者hs-CRP及IL-6对判断脑梗死范围大小、病情变化及预后神经功能有一定临床意义。

Clinial significance of serm high sensitivity C - reactive protein and Interlukin -6in ischemic stroke

Objective To study high sensitivity C-reactive protein and Interlukin-6 I nthe plasma of patients with stroke and to discuss the correlation with neurological deficits and sise of cerebral infarct volume and development of carotid plaques.Methods 55patients with cerebral infarction in test group were measured for serum hs-CRP by particle enhanced immuoturbidimetric and IL-6 by double antibody assay within three day after onset of index stroke .All patients were scored by CNDFbased on deficit in their clinical neurological function and examined with CT/MRI and carotid duplex ultrasound scanning.Results The hs-CRP and IL-6 levels at admission were significantly higher in the test group than those in control group .The concentrations of serum hs-CRPand IL-6 were positively related to the volume of brain lesions and the neurological outcome at hospital as assebssee by chinese stroke scale score (P<0.01).Conclusion Serum levels of hs-CRP specifically clinical application volam for diagnosis , differenciation,monitoring ,cure and prognostic information of stroke.
