输卵管性不孕的X线诊断与腹腔镜对照(附34例分析)

目的：通过子宫输卵管造影和腹腔镜检查的对照，提高对输卵管性不孕的Ｘ线诊断。方法：输卵管不孕症患进行了输卵管造影和腹腔镜检查，将其结果进行比较。结果：子宫输卵管造影；输卵管各部阻塞１５支，通而不畅２１支，输卵管未通１５支，输卵管积水９支，输卵管通畅７支。

Comparison of hysterosaplpingography with laparoscopy in tubal infertility

Objectives: To improve the aecimy of X - ray diagnosis of tubal infertility by comparing the hysterosalpic with laparoscopic findings. Methods: Hysteroedpingography and lmpscopy were perfrmed in 34 cases of tubal infertility. ho: Hyterosalpingographic findings were: obetruchve changes in some arase in l5 tubes, Partial obstruhon in 21 thes, hydidsalpinx in 9 thes, complete patency in 7 tubes. foropic findiop: severe adhsin in 6 tubes, hydrisalpinx in 1O dss, patency 0f tde with methyen blue test in 9 cases, ndninal spilling of methylen blue at fimbria end in 22 tubes, inPaency of tube in 20 tubes. Conclusions: Althowt the laparoscopic findingr are mere reliabe than the hysteresalpingographic fiopmp, hystndpingography is still the methed of choice and basic approach in diagnsing tubal infedility at present
