奥美拉唑预防危重病患儿应激性上消化道出血疗效观察

目的：探讨奥荚拉唑对危重病惠儿应激性上消化道出血的预防效果并进一步研究其机制。方法：122例危重病患儿随机分为两组．对照组给予时症度芰持治疗，预防组在时照组治疗基础上加用奥美拉唑0．4mg/次，1次／d，连用7d，对两组患儿上消化道出血的发生率进行比较。结果：预防组上消化道出血的发生率为8．07％，明显低于对照组333％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：奥美拉唑能有效地预防危重病患儿应激性上消化道出血的发生。

Effect of omeprazole on the prevention of stress upper gastrointestinal bleeding in critical diseased children

Objective: To study the effect of omeprazole in preventing stress bleeding in critical diseased children. Methods: One hundred and twenty two cases of pediatric critical illness were enrolled in the study, and randomly divided into two groups, the prevention group with omeprazole and the control group with conventional therapy. The omeprazole, 0.4 mg daily, was used in the prevention group for 7 days. The rates of stress with bleeding among the two groups were investigated. Results: The rates of stress with bleeding among the two groups were 8.07% in omeprazole group and 33.3% in control group. The rate of bleeding in omeprazole group was significant lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusions: Omeprazole can prevent stress upper bleeding in critical diseased children.
