36例重症脑出血患者进行分期护理的体会

目的：探讨降低脑出血死亡率，减少并减轻后遗症，提高生活质量的最佳护理方法。方法：对36例重症脑出血患者进行分期重点护理。危重期：密切观察病情，加强基础护理，保持良好的功能体位，做简单短时的被动运动，加强营养，预防褥疮和泌尿道感染等并发症；相对稳定期：加强心理护理，进行适度的主动运动；康复期：加强主动运动和被动运动，做好出院指导。结果：36例重症脑出血患者中，死亡4例，生活基本自理者16例，部分自理者10例，不能自理者6例。结论：不同时期抓住重点，准确、适当的护理对提高患者生活质量及生活自理能力起决定性作用。

Staging Nursing Experience of 36 Patients with Severe Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: To explore the best nursing methods of lowering the death rate of cerebral hemorrhage,reducing and alleviating the sequel,improving the quality of living.Methods: All 36 patients with severe cerebral(he-)morrhage were firstly nursed by stage.Critical stage: we mainly paid close attention to the state of illness,(streng-)thened the basic nursing,kept the good functional position,did some simple and short-term passive exercises,raised nutrition,prevented decubital ulcer,urinary infection and other complications.Relatively stable stage: strengthened psychological nursing,did some moderate active exercises.Stage of recovery: strengthened both active and passive(exercises),made the discharge guidance well.Results: 36 patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage died 4 cases,basically provided for themselves 16 cases,partly provided for themselves 10 cases and didn't provide themselves 6 cases.Conclusion: It plays a decisive role for the patients to improve their living quality and the ability of providing for themselves if we can pay a very close attention to the key points such as doing some accurate and moderate nursing in different stages.
