糖尿病坏疽患者抗生素应用情况分析

目的:了解空军总医院糖尿病坏疽患者抗生素应用情况,分析用药特点,并对其中反应出的问题进行探讨。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对2008—2009年度内分泌科住院的糖尿病坏疽合并应用抗生素治疗患者的局部和全身应用抗生素的种类、剂量、疗程及联合应用等指标进行分析。结果:局部和全身应用抗生素种类基本可以覆盖致病病源微生物,联合用药种类较为合理。但全身用抗生素存在治疗周期过长的现象,同时,局部用抗生素存在一次性应用的现象。结论:局部应用抗生素尚需要进行规范,全身应用抗生素的治疗周期需要进一步的临床证据支持。
