抗菌药物在Ⅰ类切口手术围术期的应用分析

目的:调查普通外科Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物应用现状,探讨Ⅰ类切口手术围术期预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性。方法:抽取我院2009年1月—2010年6月普通外科Ⅰ类切口手术出院病历146例,对围术期抗菌药物使用情况做回顾性分析。结果:Ⅰ类切口手术围术期抗菌药物使用率达100%;适宜预防性应用抗菌药物的病例占56.2%;抗菌药物选择不合理的占78.1%;给药时机选择不合理的占15.8%;术后继续使用疗程不合理的占38.3%;无术中用药及联合用药病例。结论:我院普通外科Ⅰ类切口围术期抗菌药物使用中,给药时机情况较好,但抗菌药物的使用率、适应证、品种选择及使用疗程存在一定的不合理现象。

Perioperative Application of Antibacterials in Patients Undergoing Type I Incision Operation

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application status of the application of antibacterials in patients undergoing type Ⅰ incision operation during perioperative period in general surgery department and to evaluate the rationality of the prophylactic use of antibacterials.METHODS：We randomly sampled 146 medical records of general surgical patients undergoing typeⅠincision operation between Jan.2009 and Jun.2010 for retrospective analysis with regard to perioperaitve use of antibacterials.RESULTS：Of the 146 cases,100% received antibacterials perioperativelly,prophylactic use of antibacterials in 56.2% was appropriate;78.1% were irrational in the choice of antibiotics,15.8% were irrational in medication timing,and 38.3% in medication duration after operation.None received antibacterials during operation or used drugs in combination.CONCLUSION：The perioperative medication timing of antibacterials in general surgical patients undergoing type I incision operation in our hospital was rational,however,the rate of antibiotic application,indications,choice of categories and course of treatment were somewhat irrational.
