| 摘 要： | 目的:评估卫生部北京医院2007—2009年口服中成药应用情况,为药品的科学管理及临床合理用药提供一些参考。方法:根据口服中成药年销售金额和用量,对分类及单品种年消耗金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等数据进行统计分析。结果:口服中成药销售金额呈上升趋势,绝大多数品种销售金额与DDDs比值均大于1,祛瘀剂始终居于销售金额排序之首。结论:我院口服中成药使用稳定、合理,价格低廉且疗效确切的药物占有相当高的销售份额,活血化瘀药对心脑血管病的治疗有重要作用。
