| 摘 要： | 目的:了解天津市眼科医院3年间眼用制剂的使用情况,分析眼用制剂的应用结构,用药特点及发展趋势。方法:将2007—2009年眼用制剂按照品种、分类、销售金额和使用数量等数据进行统计和分析。结果:3年间我院眼用制剂的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势。销售额排序前4位的是抗感染药、角膜病辅助药、抗干眼症及视疲劳药以及抗青光眼药。国产眼药的销售额占50%以上,抗感染药氧氟沙星眼膏(国产)在3年中无论是销售金额还是使用数量都稳居前3位,角膜病辅助用药重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液(国产)在销售额方面增长最快。结论:我院眼用制剂用药结构基本固定。院内自制制剂的销售额比例偏低,应发挥院内制剂的自身优势,提高销售份额。
