| 摘 要： | 目的:分析口服抗高血压药的临床应用现状及发展趋势。方法:对2007—2009年口服抗高血压药的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计分析。结果:2007—2009年我院口服抗高血压药的销售金额和DDDs呈逐年上升趋势。2008年的DDDs是2007年的1.45倍,2009年是2008年的1.43倍。3年中DDDs排序前2位的依次是培哚普利、硝苯地平缓释片。结论:我院口服抗高血压药应用基本合理。
