醇对高效液相色谱法测定氯己定含量的影响

摘    要:目的观察常用醇溶剂对高效液相色谱法测定氯己定含量的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱法,观察乙醇和丙醇对测定醋酸氯己定含量的影响。结果用体积分数≤30%的乙醇配制含量200 mg/L醋酸氯己定溶液,高效液相色谱法测定醋酸氯己定含量的变化率≤3.859%。分别用体积分数40%和50%乙醇配制含量200 mg/L醋酸氯己定溶液,高效液相色谱法测定醋酸氯己定含量的变化率分别为9.188%和20%以上。分别用体积分数≤15%正丙醇和25%异丙醇配制上述浓度醋酸氯己定溶液,高效液相色谱法测定醋酸氯己定含量的变化率分别为10%和13.391%;分别将正丙醇和异丙醇浓度增加到≥30%时,高效液相色谱法测定醋酸氯己定含量的变化率均20%。结论用乙醇、正丙醇和异丙醇配制的醋酸氯己定消毒液,对用高效液相色谱法测定醋酸氯己定含量有影响,随醇浓度增加,影响加大。

Abstract:Objective To observe influence of alcohol solvent on measuring content of chlorhexidine acetate by HPLE.Methods HPLE was used to observe the influence of alcohol and propanol on measuring content of chlorhexidine acetate.Results Variance rate of chlorhexidine acetate content measured by HPLE was ≤3.859% when 200 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate solution was prepared with less than or equal to 30%(v/v) ethanol.Variance rate of chlorhexidine acetate content measured by HPLE were 9.188% and 20% respectively when 200 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate solution was prepared with 40%(v/v) and 50%(v/v) ethanol.Variance rate of chlorhexidine acetate content measured by HPLE were less than 10% and equal to 13.391% respectively,when 200 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate solution was prepared with less than or equal to 15%(v/v) n-propanol and 25%(v/v) isopropyl alcohol.When the volume fraction of n-propanol and isopropyl alcohol increased to higher than or equal to 20%,both of variance rate of chlorhexidine acetate content measured by HPLE were higher than 30%.Conclusion Ethanol,n-propanol and isopropanol solvents have influence on measuring content of chlorhexidine acetate by HPLE and the influence increases with increasing of the concentration of alcohol.
