| 摘 要： | 目的明确新疆大沙鼠鼠疫的传播媒介。方法以常规方法在鼠体和鼠洞收集寄生物。结果在鼠体和鼠洞采到蚤类4属7种,经病原学检验,从臀突客蚤(Xenopsylla m inax)中分离出5株鼠疫耶尔森氏菌(Yersinia pestis),从长吻角头蚤(Echidnophaga oschanini)中分离出1株鼠疫菌。结论从臀突客蚤中分离出鼠疫菌在中国尚属首次。臀突客蚤是新疆大沙鼠鼠疫的主要传播媒介。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to determine the vector species of Rhombomys opimus plague in Xinjiang.Methods The exterior parasites were collected from rodents and their holes by common practice in the Basin Desert of Zhungeer and the valley of Mayile Mountain.Results Seven species of fleas which belonged to 4 genera were collected from rodents and their holes.By bacteriological tests,6 strains of Yersinia pestis from fleas Xenopsylla minax(5 strains) and Echidnophaga oschanini(1 strain) which parasitized on Rhombomys opimus were isolated in this investigation.Conclusions The isolation of Yersinia pestis from Xenopsylla minax is the first time in China.Xenopsylla minax is the main vector of Rhombomys opimus Plague in Xinjiang. |
