抑郁症的性别差异

目的：比较男女住院抑郁症患者的起病年龄、症状等的差异。方法：收集抑郁症患者临床资料和评定汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD，17），进行性别间的比较分析。结果：女性患者首发年龄早于男性，且20岁以前发病者多于男性；女性患者病程长于男性，发病次数也多于男性；男性患者未婚比例显著高于女性；男性患者在迟滞、疑病、自知力缺乏和阻滞等症状突出，而女性患者以激越、全身症状、躯体焦虑和睡眠障碍等为主。女性患者发病前生活事件多于男性。结论：男性和女性抑郁症患者在发病年龄、发病诱因、症状特点等方面存在一定的差异。

Gender difference in depression

Objective:To compare the differences in onset age and symptoms and so on between male and female inpatient depression. Method:Clinical data of depressive patients was collected,and their illness severity was assessed by Hamilton depression scale and conducted gender comparative analysis. Results:Compared to male depressive patients,female had a earlier first episode age.There were more female depressive patients than male before the age of 20.Female depressive patients had longer illness course and more episodes than male.The unmarried rate was higher in male depressive patients than female.Male depressive patients tended to have severe symptoms such as sluggish,hypochondriasis,lack of insight and retardation.Female depressive patients had more symptoms in agitation,general discomfort,body anxiety and sleep disorder.Compared to male depressive patients,female had more life events before major depressive episode. Conclusion:There are certain differences in onset age,onset inducement and characteristic of symptom and so on between male and female depressive patients.
