| 摘 要： | 目的:建立稳定可靠的次黄嘌呤含量测定方法。方法:采用稀乙醇浸泡地龙粉末,超声提取,用AlltechApol-loC18色谱柱,水-甲醇(90%:10%)。结果:该方法次黄嘌呤平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=1.9%。结论:结果表明该方法准确可靠,重现性好,结果稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective:Establishing a accurate and stable method for the determination of hypoxanthine in pheretima aspergilium(E.perrier).Methods:Hypoxantine in pheretima aspergilium(E.perrier)was dilute ethanol by ultrasonic and determination by HPLC method.Results:The average recovery was 100.3%,RSD was 1.9%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,sensitive and reliable. |
