NGU支原体检测及耐药性分析

目的了解深圳市宝安区西乡人民医院近期支原体感染及药敏的情况,给临床用药提供参考资料. 方法对1 481例非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）患者进行支原体常规培养及药敏试验. 结果有683例支原体阳性,其中解脲支原体（Uu）和人型支原体（Mh）分别占43.69%（ 647例）和12.90%（191例）;Uu对12种抗生素中最敏感的是交沙霉素（JOS）（89.48%）,其次是美满霉素（MIN）（85.94%）,而对Mh最敏感的是MIN（78.01%）,其次是强力霉素（DOX）（76.44%）. 结论对于泌尿生殖道支原体感染,应进行支原体检测及药敏试验,根据药敏结果选择治疗药物.

Detection of Mycoplasma from nongonococcal urethritis patients and analysis of drug resistance

Objective To understand the status and drug resistance of Mycoplasma and provide basis for clinical medication. Methods 1 481 specimens from patients with nongonococcal urethritis(NGU) were cultured, meanwhile drug sensitivity test was conducted. Results Among the 683 samples, the positive rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mh infection were 43.69%(647/1 481) and 12.90%(191/ 1 481) repectively. Uu was sensitive to josamycin(89.48%) and minocycline (85.94%). Mh was sensitive to minocycline (78.01%) Mycoplasma infection in urogenital tract. Conclusion Minocycline is the first choice for treatment of Uu infection, and Minocycline or Doxycycline are the first choice for treatment of Mh infection.
