2型糖尿病患者血清甲状腺素与血脂水平的相关性研究

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清甲状腺素与血脂水平的相关性情况。方法:分析295例糖尿病患者临床资料,依据甲状腺功能状态不同分为甲状腺功能减退Ⅰ组(FT3<3.5 pmol/L,FT4<11.5 pmol/L,TSH>5.5 mU/L),甲状腺功能减退Ⅱ组(3.5 pmol/L≤FT3≤6.5 pmol/L,11.5 pmol/L≤FT4≤22.7 pmol/L,TSH>5.5 mU/L),同时选择同期2型糖尿病患者中甲状腺功能正常的患者100例作为对照组。结果:甲状腺功能减退的2型糖尿病患者TC、TG、LDL-C均明显高于对照组,2型糖尿病患者血清甲状腺素和TC、LDL-C呈现明显负相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清甲状腺素和血脂水平呈现明显负相关,可以为临床治疗提供可靠的依据。

Relationship analysis of serum thyroxine and lipid level of 2-DM patients

Objective To approach the relationship analysis of serum thyroxine and lipid level of 2-DM patients.Method We analyzed the clinical data of 295 cases of 2DM patients in endocrinology department of our hospital,which were divided into hypothyroidism Ⅰ group(FT3<3.5 pmol/L,FT4<11.5 pmol/L,TSH>5.5 mU/L),hypothyroidism Ⅱ group(3.5 pmol/L≤FT3≤6.5 pmol/L,11.5 pmol/L≤FT4≤22.7 pmol/L,TSH>5.5 mU/L),then 100 cases of health examination were control group.Results The TC、TG、LDL-C of 2 DM patients of hypothyroidism were higher those of control group,the serum thyroxine of 2 DM patients and TC、LDL-C were obviously negative correlation,P<0.05,there were significant differences.Conclusion The serum thyroxine of 2 DM patients and TC、LDL-C are obviously negative correlation,which is to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
