孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液对老年支气管哮喘患者疗效分析

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液应用于老年支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取老年支气管哮喘患者100例,随机分为对照组（44例）,给予常规治疗;观察组（56例）,在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液治疗。结果观察组患者症状缓解时间明显短于对照组;两组患者的FEV1/FVC及PEF均明显升高,且观察组升高更为明显;观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组。结论孟鲁司特钠片联合硫酸镁注射液对老年支气管哮喘的治疗有着积极的意义。

Effect and analysis of meng Lu montelukast sodium tablets combined with magnesium sulfafe injection elderly patients of Bronchial Asthma

Objective To investigate the Meng Lu montelukast sodium tablets combined with magnesium sulfate injection applied to clinical effect of bronchial asthma in the elderly.Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with bronchial asthma,were randomly divided into control group(44 cases),given conventional treatment;the observation group(56 cases),on the basis of the control group with Meng Lu montelukast sodium tablets combined with magnesium sulfate injection in the treatment of.Results The observation group patients symptom relief time was significantly shorter than that in control group;the two groups of patients with FEV1/FVC and PEF increased significantly,and the observation group increased more significantly;in the observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion Meng Lu montelukast sodium tablets combined with magnesium sulfate injection on the treatment of bronchial asthma in the elderly has a positive meaning.
