| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者血压、尿蛋白及妊娠结局的影响。方法将妊娠高血压综合征患者随机分为常规护理组（对照组）和综合护理组（观察组）,比较两组治疗后血压、尿蛋白、水肿状况和妊娠结局。结果治疗后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压均显著低于对照组,且降至正常水平（P〈0.01）;尿蛋白含量低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组产后2 h出血量少于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论对妊娠高血压综合征患者实施综合护理,可增强降压疗效,改善妊娠结局。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on pregnancy-induced hypertension and pregnancy outcome.Methods Randomly divided the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome into routine nursing group(control group) and comprehensive nursing group(observation group),and compared their blood pressure,urinary protein,edema and pregnancy outcome.Results The systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure and mean pressure in observation group declined significantly in comparison to control group and returned to the normal level.Compared with control group,both the volumes of urinary protein and postpartum hemorrhage decreased significantly in observation group.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing enables to strengthen the depressure efficacy of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and improve the pregnancy outcome. |
