| 摘 要： | 目的：对蒲公英和胃口服液的质量进行控制。方法：采用薄层色谱法（TLC法）对方中的蒲公英、白芍和丹参进行鉴别。结果：薄层色谱上均鉴别出制剂和各种药材的特征斑点,空白对照色谱中无此斑点。结论：该法操作简单,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose：To control the quality of Pugongyinghewei Oral Liquid.Method：The 3 kinds of medicinal materials herba taraxaci,radix paeoniae alba and radix et rhizoma salviae miltiorrhizae in Pugongyinghewei Oral Liquid are identified by TLC.Result：The characteristic dots of the medicinal materials are found on TLC chromatogram of the sample.However,they are not shown in the negative sample.Conclusion：The method is simple to operate.It shows good repeatability and can be used for quality control of Pugongyinghewei Oral Liquid. |
