对临床护理带教老师素质考核的调查分析

摘    要:目的:探讨护生对护理带教老师应具备能力、素质、业务水平的具体期望,制定可行的考核指标,为临床选拔和评价带教老师提供客观的依据。方法:通过对135护生进行问卷调查。结果:护生对带教老师素质期望较高的是:个人素质方面的热爱护理工作、不计较含人得失;业务水平方面的专业知识、专业技能水平;教学能力方面的愿意与学生分享理论知识和临床经验、为学生提供操作机会。结论:护理临床带教老师必须是一个热爱护理工作,具有较高的专业知识及专业技能水平,愿意花时间从事教学工作,对护生起到表率和榜样作用。

Abstract:Objective :To explore the definite expectation of the student nurses the overall quality for the teaching of clinical nursing teachers. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted betweet 100 studenet nurses and 35 nursing managers. Results: The higher expectation for the teaching of clinical nursing teachers: enjoying nursing, without consideration of salary; with professional knowledge and skills of nursing; sharing gladly the professional knowledge and clinical experience with the student nurses,providing the chance of operation for the student nurses. Conclusion: The teaching of clinical nursing teachers must be enjoying nursing, possessing file higher professional knowledge and skills of nursing and wishing to contribute the time to teaching ,so that they can be an example to the student nurses.
