| 摘 要： | 目的观察冠心宁联合环磷腺苷对慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法随机将60例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予洋地黄、利尿剂和扩张血管药物治疗;观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用冠心宁注射液和环磷腺苷注射液静脉点滴。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,两组疗效差异显著（P〈0.01）。结论冠心宁联合环磷腺苷治疗慢性心力衰竭有确切疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of Guanxinning and adenosine cyclophosphate on chronic heart failure.Methods Sixty cases of chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n = 30 ).Control group was treated with medications including digitalis,diuretics and vasodilator.Twenty milliliters of Guanxinning injection and 80 mg of adenosine cyclophosphate were used in treatment group besides the medications administered in control group.Results Total effective rate of treatment group was 90%,but it was 60%in control;there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Combination of Guanxinning and adenosine cyclophosphate has reliable effect on treating chronic congestive heart failure. |
