| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法同时测定唐松草中的6个成分。方法：应用DiamonsilC18色谱柱,以乙腈—甲醇—0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,柱温35℃,多波长同时检测。结果：6个成分的峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,加样回收率均符合要求。结论：该方法简单,准确可靠,重现性好,可用于该中药的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of 6 components in Thalictrum Baicalensis.Method：Diamonsil C18 was used as the solid phase,and acetonitrile—methanol—0.05mol/L KH2PO4 solution as the mobile phase for the gradient elution.The oven temperature was 35℃,and the detective wavelengths were set as 220,274 and 348 nm.Results：the linearities of the 6 components were all good in the range of the test concentration,and the average recoveries were between 87.6% and 93.2%.Conclusion：the method was simple,reliable and reproducible,which could be used as the quality control method of T.Baicalensis. |
