| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜下不同程度清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法回顾分析膝关节镜清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎132例（175个膝关节），包括对术前X线检查分度、术中根据Ogilive·Harris标准的软骨退变分度、术前和术后依据Lysholm膝关节功能评分进行评价。结果手术前X线分度和软骨退变程度与Lysholm膝关节功能评分无线性相关关系；关节镜下广泛清理病变和有限化清理病变的疗效相同。结论关节镜下清理术治疗骨性膝关节炎的疗效确切；X线分度和软骨退变程度与手术清理的程度无直接关系，针对膝关节痛原因的有限化清理病变即可获得满意效果；广泛清理病变不能增加疗效。
