新鲜羊膜和角膜干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉临床观察

目的：观察羊膜移植术和自体角膜干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法：原发翼状胬肉76例（92眼）患者随机分为两组,分别采用羊膜移植术（41例47眼）和自体角膜干细胞移植术（35例45眼）治疗,术后随访9~20月。结果：羊膜移植组5眼复发,复发率为10.64%;自体角膜干细胞移植组4眼复发,复发率为8.89%。角膜创面上皮平均愈合时间羊膜移植组为7.62 d,自体角膜干细胞移植组为5.16 d。结论：羊膜和自体角膜干细胞移植术都是治疗翼状胬肉较好的方法,取材容易,明显降低了胬肉的复发;其中羊膜移植术手术创伤更小,而自体角膜干细胞移植术角膜创面修复更快。

The Clinical Observation of Amniotic Membrane Transplantation and Cornea Stem Cell Transplantation for Treating Pterygium

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous cornea stem cell transplantation for treating pterygium.Methods： Seventy-six patients（92 eyes） with primary pterygium were randomly divided into two groups,41 patients（47 eyes） were treated with amniotic membrane transplantation,and 35 patients（45 eyes） were treated with autologous cornea stem cell transplantation.Then the patients were followed up from 9 to 20 months after operation.Results： There were 5 and 4 eyes recurrence in amniotic membrane transplantation group and autogenous corneal stem cell transplantation group,respectively.And the recurrence rate was 10.64 % and 8.89 %,respectively.The average corneal epithelial wound healing time in amniotic membrane transplantation group and autologous cornea stem cell transplantation group was 7.62 and 5.16 days,respectively.Conclusion： Amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous cornea stem cell transplantation are good methods for treating pterygium.Two methods were easy to draw materials,and the recurrence rate is decreased obviously.The fewer traumas are in amniotic membrane transplantation,while the corneal wound is repaired faster in autologous cornea stem cell transplantation.
