| 摘 要： | 目的：研究乳块消软胶囊对实验性乳腺增生大鼠的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法：60只大鼠随机分为乳块消软胶囊低、中、高剂量组,他莫昔芬组,模型组和正常组;采用肌注苯甲酸雌二醇联合黄体酮的方法复制乳腺增生大鼠模型,造模同时给予药物治疗,测定乳房直径和乳头高度、脏器系数、血清性激素水平。结果：乳块消软胶囊能明显减小大鼠乳房直径、乳头高度,明显降低血清雌二醇（E2）、催乳素（PRL）水平,提高孕酮（P）水平,增大胸腺系数、减小子宫系数。结论：乳块消软胶囊对大鼠乳腺增生病有良好的防治作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Ru kuaixiao soft capsule on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats.Methods： sixty wistar female rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,tamoxifen group and different dose of Ru kuaixiao soft capsule groups.The rats were injected estradiol and progesterone to establish models of mammary gland hyperplasia,and were given Ru kuaixiao soft capsule at the same time.Breast diameter,mammilla height,and serum sex hormones levels were measured.Results： Ru kuaixiao capsule could decrease the breast diameter,mammilla height,estradiol and prolactin levels in serum,as well as uterus coefficient.Furthermore,it could increase the serum progesterone level and the coefficient of thymus.Conclusion： Ru kuaixiao soft capsule has effects on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. |
