| 摘 要： | 以创新为灵魂的有中国特色社会主义是经济特区的理论基础 ;发展经济特区将贯穿于建设有中国特色社会主义事业的全过程 ;以超前创新为史命的经济特区是建设有中国特色社会主义的精彩缩影。经济特区的创新力度特别大 ,是由经济特区的地位与作用决定的。因为创新是经济特区应运而生的历史前提 ,没有创新就没有经济特区的创立 ,更谈不上经济特区的超前发展。

| Abstract: | Socialism with Chinese characteristics with creation as its keynote is the theoretical basis of Special Economic Zones. Special Economic Zones will be developing through the whole process of constructing socialism cause with Chinese characteristics and with leading creation as mission, they will be splendid epitome of the great construction. The vigorous dynamic of Special Economic Zones is determined by the standing and function of these zones. Because creation is the historic prerequisite of Special Economic Zones, there would be no establishments of them without creations, let alone their leading development. |
