摘    要:目的: 检测乳腺浸润性大汗腺癌雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)和人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)的免疫组织化学表达情况,探讨其临床病理意义。方法: 对满足组织学诊断标准的33例乳腺大汗腺癌的存档蜡块苏木精-伊红切片、光镜观察进行回顾性分析,免疫组织化学检测ER、PR和HER2表达情况,进行初步分子分型。结果: 18例为三阴(TN)型,11例为HER2型,4例归入其他类型。结论: 乳腺大汗腺癌具有独特的形态学特征和免疫组织化学表达模式,分子分型多为TN型和HER2型。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the expressions of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2) by immunohistochemistry in invasive apocrine carcinomas(IACs),and analyze the clinical-pathological significance.Methods:Thirty-three cases of IACs which contented histological diagnostic criteria were collected by retrospective analysis.The HE sections and clinical data were reviewed,and the expressions of ER,PR and HER2 were determined by immunohistochemistry.Results:ER,PR and HER2 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry in all cases for molecular typing.Among them,18 cases of triple negative(TN) type,11 cases of HER2 type,and 4 cases of other types were classed.Conclusions:IACs shows unique morphological features and immunohistochemical expression patterns.For molecular typing,most of them were classed into TN type and HER2 type.
