| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏肝健脾中药治疗功能性消化不良（functional dyspepsia,FD）的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法将100例FD患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,分别采用多潘立酮和疏肝健脾中药治疗,观察并比较两组临床疗效。检测FD肝郁脾虚证患者治疗前后血浆血管活性肠肽（vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP）、P物质（substance P,SP）含量的变化,并与健康对照者比较。结果治疗组临床总有效率及胃脘胀满、胃脘疼痛、上腹灼热感、早饱的治愈率显著高于对照组（P〈0.01）。与健康对照组比较,治疗前FD患者血浆VIP含量显著升高（P〈0.01）,血浆SP含量显著降低（P〈0.05）,治疗后VIP含量显著降低（P〈0.01）,SP含量显著升高（P〈0.05）。结论疏肝健脾方药是治疗FD的有效方剂之一,疏肝健脾方药可以降低肝郁脾虚证FD患者血浆VIP含量,增加血浆SP含量。
