漏斗胸Nuss术矫治29例围术期护理

目的: 探讨漏斗胸Nuss术矫治患者围术期的护理措施。方法: 对29例漏斗胸患者围术期给予心理护理、呼吸道准备、加强营养,术后严密观察生命体征并进行呼吸道管理、疼痛和腹胀的护理及出院宣教。结果: 1例患者术后8天并发钢板移位,其余28例均顺利出院。术后2个月出现钢板移位1例,其余患者矫形均达到预期效果。结论: 漏斗胸患者应加强术前术后护理,尤其加强出院宣教,从而预防钢板移位的并发症。

The perioperative care of Nuss correction in pectus excavatum patients

Objective：To investigate the nursing methods for funnel chest patients who were underwent the Nuss surgery procedure.Methods：Twenty-nine patients with funnel chest were given psychological perioperative nursing,respiratory tract preparation,nutritional support,close observation after operation,respiratory management,abdominal distention and pain management and nursing discharge missions.Results：Plate shifting was occurred in one patient earlier after operation,and the other twenty-eight patients were recovered well.Plate shifting was occurred in one patient after two months,the rest of orthopedic patients were achieved the desired effect.Conclusions：Preoperative and postoperative care should be strengthened for patients with pectus excavatum,in particular,hospital mission is essential to prevent the complication of plate shifting.
