摘    要:目的 探讨SD大鼠脑缺血 15min6h内大脑谷氨酸 (Glu)能神经元的变化规律。方法 应用Glu抗体标记免疫组织化学ABC技术。结果 缺血 15min1h ,缺血中心即出现阳性细胞 ,胞质染色较深 ,主要分布于大脑皮质Ⅲ Ⅴ层 ,以锥体细胞为主 ,苍白球内侧部和尾壳核也有少量阳性细胞。缺血 2h阳性细胞数量减少 ,染色较淡 ;缺血 6h未见阳性细胞。同时观察到阳性细胞由缺血中心区逐渐向半影区 (边缘区 )扩展。结论 脑缺血早期Glu能神经元合成Glu增多、释放Glu加重神经元损伤

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes of the glutamic neurons in the early stage (within 15 min~6 h) of the cerebral ischemia in SD rat. Methods Using ABC immunohistochemical technique. Results In 15 min~1 h ischemia groups, more positive cells in the center of ischemia, mainly pyramidal ones distributed in the layers of Ⅲ Ⅴ of the cerebral cortex with darker staining of the cytoplasm. Less positive cells could be found in pallidal medial part and the caudate nucleus and putamen. The number of pasitive cells decreased in ischemic 2 h group with light straining, and disappeared in ischemic 6 h group. Meanwhile, the positive cells were spread from the central region of the ischemia to the border. Conclusion The increased synthesis of the glutamic acid in the early stage of the ischemic neurons may enhance the damage of the ischemic neurons.
