胃肠道间质瘤的组织化学及免疫组化观察

目的 探讨胃肠道间质瘤的组织发生。方法 对３８例光镜诊断胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤用客免疫组化标记方法，组合分类判断各例组织来源。结果 发现光负诊断胃肠平滑肌肿瘤并非单一平滑肌源性（３９．４％），还有神经源性（１３．３％），混合性（４２．１％）及未分化性（５．３％）。结论 应将胃肠道平滑肿瘤归为胃肠道间质瘤的范畴，用免疫组化标记及电镜观察阐明其组织发生，以期为临床治疗及判断预后提供更准确的依据。

A histochemical and immunohistochemical study of gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective:To explore the origin of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Methods:To analyse gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumors diagnosed by light microscopy with histochemical and immunohistochemical staining.Results:Not all cases of these so called gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumors were derived from smooth muscle (39.4%),some of them may be of neural origin (13.2%),even some cases were complex differentiation (42.1%) and undifferentiation (5.3%).Conclusion:Gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumors should be incorporated into gastrointestinal stromal tumors.The origin of these tumors should be cleared for the need of clinical therapy and prognosis by immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy.
