| 摘 要： | 目的总结腋乳途径腔镜甲状腺手术的围手术期护理体会。方法回顾性分析255例腋乳途径腔镜甲状腺手术患者的临床护理资料。结果术前做好患者的健康教育,督促患者按时、按量服药,认真做好术前仰卧体位训练,可减少术中并发症的发生。加强对并发症的术后心理护理,有利于患者的康复。结论及时仔细观察,早期预防及采取相应的护理对策,能有效减轻各种并发症,提高患者对腔镜手术的满意率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the perioperative nursing of thyroidectomy by laparoscopy through axilla and breast.Method:Retrospectively analyzing the clinical nursing data of 255 cases of thyroidectomy by laparoscopy through axilla and breast.Result:Preoperative health education,timely and quantitative medication,and preoperative supine posture training can reduce the occurrence of intraoperative complications.Psychological care of postoperative complications is conducive to rehabilitation of patients.Conclusion:Timely and careful observation,early prevention and taking commensurate nursing measures can effectively reduce the various complications and improve patients' satisfaction of endoscopic surgery. |
