| 摘 要： | 目的 研究老年退行性心脏瓣膜病合并心力衰竭发病的临床特征.方法 将40例合并心力衰竭的老年退行性心脏瓣膜病与同期收治的40例年龄、性别相匹配的、无瓣膜钙化的合并心力衰竭的冠心病患者进行临床对比研究.结果 退行性心脏瓣膜病组在心律失常、充血性心力衰竭的分级及心脏扩大均明显高于冠心病组（P＜0.01）.近期死亡率的发生率略高于对照组,但无统计学意义.结论 老年退行性心脏瓣膜病可导致血液动力学障碍,加重心功能损害,成为老年人充血性心力衰竭、猝死的重要原因之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the Clinical Characteristics of Senile Degenerative Heart Valvular Disease(SDHVD) Complicated with Heart Failure.Methods The clinical characteristics of 40 cases of SDHVD complicated with heart failure were compared with 40 cases of conorary artery disease complicated heart failure. Results Cardiac arrhythmia, congestive heart failure and cardiac dilation in SDHVD group were higher than those of conorary artery disease group(P<0.01). While the recent mortality rate was higher than that of the controlled group with no statistic significance.Conclusion SDHVD may lead to hemodynamic disturbance, impaired the cardiac function. It is one of the main cause of congestive heart failure and sudden death in the aged. |
