摘    要:目的分析丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的检测现状,探究血站合理的ALT检测模式。方法应用不同试剂和仪器采用速率法对无偿献血者血液标本进行ALT检测,并与HBsAg、抗-TP、抗-HIV进行相关性统计分析。结果两种生化仪具有较好的准确度和精密度。三种速率法检测ALT试剂可以互相替代。使用ECOM-F6124型半自动生化分析仪对献血者献血前进行ALT检测,可将ALT不合格献血者的淘汰率由5.55%下降至1.99%。ALT是否合格与HBsAg、抗-TP和抗-HIV合格与否无相关性。结论目前ALT的检测模式无益于血液安全,且耗费大;应组织全国大范围的调查研究,修订出更合理的献血血液ALT检测上限标准和模式。

Abstract:Objective To explore one reasonable pattern for ALT testing of blood donors in blood station.Methods Using different reagents and instruments to detect serum ALT of the voluntary blood donors by ratemethod;HBsAg,anti-TP and anti-HIV were also determined and analyzed for their relativity with ALT.Results Both biochemical analyzers had good accuracy and precision.Three kinds of ALT reagents could replace each other.The ALT elimination rate dropped from 5.55% to 1.99% by using ECOM-F 6124 semi-automatic bioche...
