桡侧屈腕肌腱瓣转位术治疗下尺桡关节脱位的护理

目的探讨桡侧屈腕肌腱瓣转位治疗下尺桡关节脱位的护理措施。方法采用桡侧屈腕肌腱瓣转位重建下尺桡关节稳定术20例。术前进行心理疏导，皮肤准备，术后严密观察，分阶段功能锻炼指导。结果20例全部得到随访，时间1～10年，平均2．5年。根据Sarmiento功能评分，优12例，良6例，一般2例；优良率90％。结论在配合该术式过程中，手术前的心理护理、石膏固定护理、饮食指导及术后患肢血供的观察、患肢肿胀情况的观察、并发症的观察和护理、功能锻炼的指导等促进了患者的恢复。

The nursing care in the treatment of dislocation of distal radioulnar joint via tendon flap transposition of flexor carpi radialis

Objective To investigate the practicable nursing methods in the treatment of distal radioulnar joint dislocation via the transposition of the tendon flap of flexor carpi radialis. Methods The transposition of the tendon flap of flexor carpi radialis was performed to restore the radioulnar joint stability in 20 cases, accompanied by the preoperative psychological counseling, skin preparation and postoperative close observation as well as functional exercise guidance in phases. Results All the 20 cases were contacted by follow - ups ranging from 1 to 10 years, at an average of 2.5 years. The results were graded on the Sarmiento functional score, 12： excellent, 6： good and 2 fair; at a proportion of 90% as good. Conclusions In company with the operation procedures, pre - operative psychological care, cast immobilization care, diet instruction and postoperative observations and nursing care of the involved limbs for the blood supply variations, swelling and complications as well as guidance on functional exercise all promoted the recovery of the patients.
