河南汉族人群脑梗死患者内皮细胞性一氧化氮合酶基因VNTR多态性检测

目的:探讨河南汉族人群脑梗死患者(CI)内皮细胞性一氧化氮合酶(ecNOS)基因内含子4可变数目串联重复序列(VNTR)的多态性.方法:应用PCR技术,检测217例脑梗死患者的ecNOS基因内含子4VNTR,并与256例正常对照(对照组)比较.观察组中腔隙性脑梗死45例.结果:CI组VNTR基因型的频率为bb 82.95%,ab15.67%,aa 0.46%,bc 0.92%;对照组中基因型的频率为bb 82.81%,ab 16.02%,aa 0.39%,bc 0.78%.2组各基因型频率间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).a等位基因的频率在患者组和对照组分别为8.29%,8.39%,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).腔隙性脑梗死组和对照组比较,基因型频率和a等位基因的频率差异亦无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:ecNOS基因VNTR的多态性与脑梗死可能无相关性.

Detection of variabe number of tandem repeat polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene in Henan Han nationality with cerebral infarction

Aim: To investigate the variable number of tandem repeat (VNTR) polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(ecNOS) gene in Henan Han nationality with cerebral infarction(CI). Methods:The genotype of 217 patients with CI was detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and compared with normal control group. Results: There were four kinds of genetypes: bb homozygous,ab heterozygous,aa homozygous,bc heterozyous.The frequencies of the 4 genetypes were as follows:bb type 82.95%,ab type 15.67%,aa type 0.46%,bc type 0.92% in patient group and bb type 82.81%, ab type 16.02%,aa type 0.39%,bc type 0.78% in control group, respectively.The frequency of a alleles was 8.29% in patient group and 8.39% in control group. No significant difference was found between the 2 groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion: No association is found between VNTR polymorphism of ecNOS gene and CI.
