摘    要:目的:观察原发性高血压(EH)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化,探讨CRP与EH的关系及其临床意义。方法:运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定100例EH患者和28例对照组人群的血清CRP,100例EH患者中,单纯EH41例,合并冠心病(CHD)59例;非极高危EH11例,极高危EH89例。41例单纯EH中,极高危EH30例,其中2级EH13例,3级EH17例;中年EH22例,老年EH19例。结果:(1)EH组血清CRP含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);(2)3级EH组血清CRP含量显著高于2级组(P〈0.05),2级EH组血清CRP含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);EH极高危组血清CRP含量显著高于非极高危组(P〈0.05),EH非极高危组血清CRP含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);(3)老年EH组血清CRP含量显著高于中年组(P〈0.05),中年组血清CRP含量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:(1)CRP可能与EH有关;(2)CRP可能参与了EH的分级和危险分层;(3)CRP可能与EH患者的年龄有关。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients with essential hypertension (EH) and to study the relationship between CRP and EH, and its clinical significance. Methods: Circulating CRP concentrations of 100 patients with EH (experimental group, group E) and 28 patients with no EH (control group, group C) were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA) method, and coronary angiography was operated on all of the patients. Results: CRP in patients of group E was significantly higher than that of group C (P 〈0.05) ; CRP in patients of grade 2 in group E was significantly higher than that of group C ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Within group E, CRP of grade 3 patients was obviously higher than that of grade 2 patients (P 〈 0.05), and CRP of highest risk patients was markedly higher than that of non risk patients(P 〈0.05 ), while CRP of non-high risk patients was statistically higher than that of patients in group C ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; CRP in older patients was higher than that in middle-aged patients which was higher than that of group C. Conclusions: (1)CRP might be correlated to EH; (2) CRP might participate the process of blood pressure grading and the delamination of risk factors; (3) There is some correlation between EH and patient age.
