nm 23 基因表达与胃癌生物学行为关系的研究

 目的　检测与分析 nm2 3基因在胃癌组织中的表达 ,从而探讨其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法　应用免疫组化技术检测 80例胃癌切除标本 nm2 3基因及 PCNA蛋白表达 ,采用卡方检验进行统计学分析。结果　 nm2 3蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率为 6 0 % (4 8/ 80 ) ,原发癌与转移癌组织中 nm2 3蛋白表达无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,在低分化及伴有淋巴结转移胃癌中 ,nm2 3表达明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 )。nm2 3蛋白表达与 PCNA表达有关 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。　结论nm2 3蛋白表达在胃癌淋巴结转移过程中发挥着重要作用 ,对评估胃癌生物学行为有一定意义 ,可能成为判断预后的肿瘤标志。

Study of the Relationship between nm23 Gene Expression and Gastric Cancer Biological Behavior

Objective To determine and analyse the expression of nm23 gene in tissues of gastric cancer and to evaluate it relation to the gastric cancer biological behavior.Methods The levels of nm23 gene and PCNA protein expresion were observed in 80 cases of gastric cancer using immunohistochemical techniqwe.Results The positive rate of nm23 gene expression was 60% in 80 cases of gastric cancer. No difference was observed between primary tumor lessions and metastasis tissue.The expression rate of nm23 protein was closely correlated to tumor differentiation and lymph mode metastasis (P<0.05) .Also there is a negative correlation between nm23 and PCNA expreession.Conclusion nm23 protein detection could provide a molecular biological basis for the evaluation of patient's prognosis in gastric cancer.
