补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞后遗症的临床研究

目的观察中药补阳还五汤加味治疗脑梗塞后遗症的临床疗效。方法将60例脑梗塞后遗症的病例随机分2组,对照组给予脑复康,脑活素及阿斯匹林肠溶片治疗,治疗组给予补阳还五汤加味治疗。治疗6个月后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率66.6%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加味治疗脑梗塞后遗症有显著疗效。

Clinical Research of Bu Yang Huan Wu Tang for Residuals of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study clinical effects of bu yang huan wu tang for residuals of cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with residuals of cerebral infarction were recruited and divided into therapeutic group and control group, patients in control group were treated with piracetam, cerebrolysine and aspirine, but those in therapeutic group were treated with bu yang huan wu tang, and their clinical effects were evaluated after 6 months treatment. Results The effective rate of therapeutic group was 90%, but that in control group was 66.3%, there was significantly difference between those two group. Conclusions there exits notable effect of bu yang huan wu tang for treating residuals of cerebral infarction.
