联合湿化米索前列醇在无痛人流中应用的研究

目的探讨未产妇女和／或有剖宫产史妊娠妇女行无痛人工流产术前3h阴道放置用生理盐水湿化的米索前列醇的效果。方法选择自愿行无痛人工流产术的未产妇女和／或有剖宫产史妊娠妇女120例，采用SPSS软件进行随机分配2组，实验组术前3h阴道放置用生理盐水湿化的米索前列醇，对照组术前阴道不用任何药物。观察术中扩宫的难易程度、手术时间、术中出血量及手术并发症。结果术前阴道放置用生理盐水湿化的米索前列醇组术中无阻力扩宫的例数均明显多于未放置米索前列醇组（P〈0．01），手术时间亦明显缩短（P〈0．01），术中出血量明显减少（P〈0．01），术中不良反应少（P〈0．01）。结论术前3h阴道放置用生理盐水湿化的米索前列醇400μg可起到迅速扩张宫颈口；促使宫体收缩；减少术中、术后出血量及手术并发症效果。
