MEBT／ MEBO联合创疡贴治疗颅脑损伤合并面部损伤体会

目的探讨湿性医疗技术（MEBT／MEBO）联合创疡贴治疗颅脑损伤合并面部损伤的疗效及护理方法。方法28例颅脑损伤合并面部损伤患者创面早期外涂MEBO，5d后，局部分泌物减少，创面改用创疡贴外敷，同时强化心理护理等综合康复治疗，观察治疗效果。结果28例患者面部损伤创面的平均愈合时间为9．5d，创面均无明显瘢痕形成，患者及家属对创面的治疗效果均表示满意。结论MEBT／MEBO联合创疡贴治疗颅脑损伤合并面部损伤，疗效显著，患者满意。

Experience of Applying MEBT/MEBO in Combination with MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in Treating Craniocerebral Injury Complicated with Facial Injury

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing method of applying MEBT/MEBO in combi- nation with MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of cranioeerebral injury complicated with facial injury. Meth- ods Twenty-eight patients with craniocerebral injury complicated with facial injury were treated with topical application of MEBO at an early stage. Five days later, the secretion reduced and MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing instead of MEBO was applied topically. Meanwhile, mental nursing and other comprehensive rehabilitation treatments were strengthened. The therapeutic effects were observed. Results The mean healing time of 28 patients＇ facial wounds were 9. 5 days with no ap- parent scar formation. Patients and their family were satisfied with the outcomes. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO in combina- tion with MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of craniocerebral injury complicated with facial injury can achieve significant and satisfying therapeutic efficacy.
